At the “Slightly Different Nursery”, a nursery that specializes in daylilies, on Hollis Rd. in Polkville, something new was about to happen. For the very first time, the ReMax Balloon was prepared to launch in Cleveland County. Those wishing to “take flight” in the big balloon only had to sign a passenger release form, then you could get your birds eye view. The winds delayed the flights, but eventually folks got to get in the giant basket and view the beautiful upper Cleveland County mountains.
