Valoree Phillips Jolly

Cowpens -- Valoree Phillips Jolly, 88, of 310 Stone Lake Road, passed away Wednesday, December 27th, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Cowpens, she was the widow of Malcolm Jolly and the daughter of the late Claude and Mattie Fowler Phillips. Mrs. Jolly was a very active member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Jolly are a son, Philip Jolly and wife, Debbie, of Cowpens; a daughter, Cynthia J. Cash, of Cowpens; five grandchildren, Darryl Jolly and wife, Haley, Dustin Jolly and wife, Kayla, Kevin Cash, Kale Cash and wife, Amy, and Kelly Hedgepeth and Chris Eder; four great-grandchildren, Austin Cash and wife, Kaycee, Hannah Hedgepeth, Grayson Cash, and Leah Cash; and three great-great-grandchildren, Madalyn, Kolden, and Kate Cash.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 30th, 2017, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Dennis Spencer officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Darryl Jolly, Dustin Jolly, Kale Cash, Kevin Cash, and Austin Cash will serve as pallbearers. Grayson Cash will be an honorary pallbearer.

Memorials may be made to Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 250 Mt. Olive Road, Cowpens, SC 29330.

The family will be at their respective homes.
