| Virginia “Ginny” K. McCurry, 69, of Shelby, NC went to be with her Lord on July 31, 2013. Services were held at Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. McCurry was preceded in death by her parents, Philbeck and Margaret Hovis Philbeck.
She is survived by her husband, Joe McCurry of the home; son and daughter-in-law: Mark McCurry and Tonia of Shelby. 2 grandchildren: Emily McCurry and Sammy McCurry; brother: Robert Philbeck of Cary, NC; Sister & bro.-in-law: Barbara Jo Warren and Dale of Charlotte.
Memorials may be made to: Beaver Dam Baptist Church, Men on Mission, 123 Beaver Dam Church Road, Shelby, NC.
