Wanda Sutton Martin
 Wanda Sutton Martin, 68, of 937 S. Rutherford Street, Blacksburg, SC, passed away March 5, 2014, at Peachtree l Centre, Gaffney, SC, after a 15-year battle with Alzheimer's. Born September 26, 1945, in Cherokee County, SC, she was the beloved wife of George Martin of the home and a daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy Palmer Sutton, Jr. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Blacksburg.
 
She and George were married for 45 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was loyal to her clients at her business, Wanda's Beauty Shop, which she owned and operated for 43 years where she served the citizens of Cherokee and surrounding counties.
 
In addition to her husband, George, she is survived by three daughters - Angela Watson and husband, Jimmy, of Sumter, SC, Kim Duckworth and husband, Rick, of Lincolnton, NC, and Lesa Gordon and husband, Rick, of Gaffney, SC; one son - Tommy Martin and wife, Sandi, of York, SC; seven grandchildren - Ross Watson, Sutton Watson, Hunter Felkel, Trevor Felkel, Stacey Arnold, Garrett Martin and Tanner Martin; and one great-granddaughter, Mallory Arnold. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two grandsons, Evan Felkel and Carson Watson, and her sister, Olivia Sutton Broome.
 
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7-8:30 PM at White Columns Funeral Service. A Celebration Of Life Service will be held, Friday, March 7, 2014, 3:00 PM, at First Baptist Church, Blacksburg, SC with Rev. Scott Hammett and Dr. Bobby Morrow officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Blacksburg, SC. At other times, the family will be at the home.
 
Pallbearers serving are Jim Martin, John "Bubba" Randolph, Jamie Campbell, Ross Watson, Hunter Felkel, Trevor Felkel, Garrett Martin and Tanner Martin.
