Blacksburg -- William Cosme Colon, 69, of 380 John's Crossroad, passed away Friday, March 3rd, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born in Manati, Puerto Rico, he was the husband of Kay Calderon and the son of the late Tomas Cosme and Ramona Colon. Mr. Colon had previously worked a steel mill and in textiles.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Colon is survived by a son, William Junior Colon; a daughter, Martha Ann Colon, both of Sterling, IL.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 12th, 2017, from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary. Memorial services will immediately follow at 4:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary Chapel.

The family will be at the residence.
