Willodean “Deanie” Gilliland Timms, age 78, resident of 943 York Road, Kings Mountain, NC died November 25, 2012 at Kings Mountain Hospice House.  She was born in Coopers, Al to the late Clyde and Mary Jane Driver Gilliland.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, David “Shorty” Timms, 3 brothers, and 1 sister.   She was an active member of Oak View Baptist Church where she has been a member of the choir for 59 years and retired from K Mills after 20 years of service.  She was a  loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
