Kings Mountain Hospice House Ribbon Cutting & Open House
The Rock Springs Bluegrass band provided some great music.

Hospice Cleveland County celebrated the Ribbon Cutting & Open House of their new facility located at 321 Kings Mountain Boulevard in Kings Mountain on Sunday, June 27th from 2pm to 4pm . Approximately 300 people attended the event and enjoyed refreshments by Charles & Nancy Scism, homemade peach ice cream by Joe & Barbara Edwards, and special music by the Rock Springs Bluegrass band.


Rick Murphrey, Mayor of Kings Mountain, presented Myra McGinnis, Executive Director of Hospice Cleveland County, with a Proclamation to the City of Kings Mountain. Other presentations included a check presentation from John Harris, Harris Funeral Home, toward naming the Chapel in honor of his late grandfather Ollie Harris.
