| 4th Annual Free Back to School Hair Cuts for Kids |

Keith Rhodes will be giving FREE haircuts to any child who is a Cleveland County school student, at Maple Springs Baptist Church on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014 from 9 am-3 pm. This will be the 4th year that Mr. Rhodes has provided this service, with the support of his Pastor, Robert Dover and his church located at 1231 Maple Springs Church Rd., Shelby. Mr. Rhodes worked at a barbershop for several years and cutting hair was his trade. He said: “God has blessed me with this gift for FREE and I feel that it’s my duty to share this gift to any student in need.” Many families may not be able to afford a haircut with all the expenses of school supplies, clothes and shoes they endure. The only requirement to receive the FREE haircut is that you be enrolled as a student for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year. Mr. Rhodes is Crest High’s Basketball Coach and Enrollment Counselor at Gardner-Webb University.
