CPTA’s success is attributed to the fact that they are more “patient focused”, with emphasis on patient care and continuing education. He believes that his highly qualified staff is exemplary and the results show. Over the years, they have maintained a 99.9% patient satisfaction rating.
To capture the true essence of CPTA’s business, one only has to read their mission statement, which is: “To share the love of Jesus Christ through compassionate care and excellence in orthopedic rehabilitation.” Even the triangle design in their company logo represents the Holy Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit!
This Cleveland County business gives back in many ways locally and overseas. At one time, they donated a new air conditioning unit to the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland County, as well as provided a handicap accessible van to a patient in need. Upon moving to Cleveland County Dr. Miller recognized the need for area High School athletic training and he funded and started the programs for Crest and Burns High School. They presently support several missionaries, two of which are former employees: one in the Philippines at an orphanage and the other in New Guinea. Don Miller is also helping an African missionary and has been to Zambia twice for mission trips.
In simplistic terms one might say that Don Miller & Associates are dedicated to not only assisting with healing of the physical body, but also the soul.
