Labor Day was a special day for a picnic for the Rollins and Turner families, especially for the only grandchild who was named after a favorite color (Navy) and U.S. President (Monroe). Two year old Navy Monroe Rollins, is shown on her dad, Justin's lap with a smidgen of blue icing on her lips from a cupcake. Pictured (l-r) are her grandparents Keith and Carol Turner, her mom Laura Rollins, and Venessa and Rick Rollins her other grandparents. Looks like there may have been a need for some "Wet Ones" wipes after the fun time.
