Ailene Cook Morrison, 95 of Casar Methodist Church Road, Casar passed away,
Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Hospice at Wendover.

Born June 9, 1922 in Burke County, she was a daughter of the late John
Andrew Cook and Gusta Sigmon Cook. She was retired from Cleveland Mills and
was a member of Olive Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank
Morrison, Jr.; daughter, Terry Ann Morrison and numerous brothers and
sisters.

Survivors include four sons, Bobbie Morrison, Jr. of Jonesville, SC, Danny
Morrison of Patterson Springs, Larry Morrison of St. Louis, Missouri and
Johnny Morrison of Casar; four daughters, Toni Virginia Cook of
Rutherfordton, Janet Diane Beach of Rutherfordton, Brenda Faye Johnson of
Landrum, SC and Sherry Annette Morrison of Casar; ten grandchildren;
numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral
Home.

A funeral service will be 3:00 PM, Tuesday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev.Terrill Crump officiating.

Burial will follow in Casar United Methodist Church Cemetery.
