Ailene F. Huffstetler, 92, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on June 23, 2019 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain, NC. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Forrest Huffstetler and Aquilla Ham Huffstetler and was preceded in death by her brothers, Rev. Leonard Huffstetler and Andy Huffstetler and her sisters, Gertie Bumgardner, Penolia Henson, Helen Jennings, Pearl Yates, Margaret Huffstetler, and Iva Mae Henson. Ailene was a long time and dedicated member of Penley's Chapel Church where she was a choir member, communion steward, Sunday school treasurer and custodian. She retired from Burlington Mills after many years of service in the textile industry. Ailene was an avid dog and cat lover. She enjoyed eating ice cream and especially loved Dairy Queen Blizzards. She was a wonderful Aunt and friend and will be missed dearly by everyone who knew and loved her.
