Allie MacArthur, a rising junior at Crest High School, is the daughter of Noel and Lucinda MacArthur of Shelby, she saw an article in the Shelby Shopper and Inc. about the Neal Senior Center not having enough resources. She is selling her artwork to help the Neal Senior Center.
