Amanda Joann Ellis Allen, 46, of Lawndale, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at her home.

Born in Cleveland County, on September 6, 1977, she was a daughter of Carolyn Smith Wright and husband, Hubert of Lawndale and Michael Lee Ellis, Sr. of Grover.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her son, Patrick Allen, Jr. of Lawndale; daughter, Angel Allen of Lawndale; brother, Michael "Mike" Ellis, Jr. of Lawndale; sister, Dana Ellis of Shelby; four grandchildren Logan Allen, Ember Allen, Bentley Mayberry, and Ashton Mayberry; special nephew, Michael Lee Ellis, III; special aunt, Norma Gettys; nieces and nephews, Cody Elmore, Ashley Johnson, Brandon Ellis and wife Katelin, Stephanie Ellis and Tyler Ellis and great nieces and nephews, Owen, Evelyn, Violet, Sophia, Landon, Haven, Riley, Arionna, Avra, Axial, Hunter, and Easton.

A graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Memorial Park with the Pastor Chris Little officiating.
