Amelia Ann Battipaglia Daniels, 83, of Kings Mountain, passed away Saturday,
August 4, 2018 at Testa Hospice House in Kings Mountain.

Born in Richmond County, New York, on December 2, 1934, she was the daughter
of the late Saveria John Battipaglia and Rosa Marie Rizzo Battipaglia. She
was retired from Kid-R-US in Smyrna, Georgia and was a member of Bethlehem
Baptist Church, Kings Mountain.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl
Gomez and granddaughter, Angela Marie Daniels

She is survived by three sons, John Daniels of Spartanburg, SC, Bill Daniels
of Terrace Homasassa, FL, and Larry Daniels of Nebo; a daughter, Lisa M.
Smith of Kings Mountain; a brother, Larry Battipaglia of Toms River, NJ;
twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM in the
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Taylor officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fallston.
