Andrew Crawley Price, 26, departed this world to be with his Lord on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Gar Price; infant brother, Christian Daniel Hamrick; grandmother, Patsy Allen Crawley.  Drew was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church.  He was known for his art work.  He loved nature and the outdoors.  Drew loved his family and friends.

Drew is survived by his father, Eddy Price and step-mother Jenny Bridges Price of Shelby, NC; mother, Mandie Crawley Price and Nick Hamrick of Shelby, NC; grandparents, Ed and Betty Ruth Price of Shelby, NC, Henry Crawley of Boiling Springs, NC, and Charles and Daphne Bridges of Boiling Springs, NC; brothers, Patrick and Hayden Price of the home; aunts and uncles, Stephanie and Lloyd Williams, Jr. of Shelby, NC., Lisa and Dennis Blanton of Shelby, NC, Hank Crawley of Wilmington, NC, Debbie and Ezra Edgerton of Boiling Springs, NC and Donna Bridges of Boiling Springs, NC; his special dog, Lucy of Shelby, NC; and many loving cousins and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 5:30pm on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Elizabeth Baptist Church.  Dr. Rit Varriale and Dr. Carroll Page will be officiating.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Christian Life Center at the church.  Burial will be in Elizabeth Baptist Church Cemetery at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.  At other times the family will be at the home of Eddy and Jenny Price or Mandie Crawley Price and Nick Hamrick.

Memorial may be given to the Carolina Raptor Center, 6000 Sample Road, Huntersville, NC 28078 or Elizabeth Baptist Church Building Fund, 301 N Post Road, Shelby, NC 28150 or the charity of the donor’s choice.
