Lincolnton - Mrs. Anna Marie McNeill Parker, 86, of 965 Hunting Ave. passed
away on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Grace Ridge Retirement Home in Morganton.

Mrs. Parker was born on December 4, 1931 in Guilford County, NC a daughter
of the late John D. McNeill and Louise Jeanette Behre McNeill. She was
retired as secretary from Carolina Motor Club (AAA). Mrs. Parker was a
member of First Baptist Church in Lincolnton where she sang in the choir and
also served in other capacities at First Baptist Lincolnton and Pritchard
Memorial Baptist Church in Charlotte.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Amelia
Lowman and two brothers, John Duncan McNeill and James McNeill.

Survivors include her husband of 60 and a half years Clarence Ray Parker of
the home; a special niece, Sarah Spradley of Savannah, GA along with
numerous other nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Leatherman of
Charlotte; Edna Brendle and husband John of Cherryville and a brother-in-law
Stowe Parker and wife Patricia of Gastonia.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at First
Baptist Church in Lincolnton.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at First
Baptist Church in Lincolnton with Dr. Stanley Spence and Dr. Dixon Free
officiating.

Burial will be at Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Cherryville
following the service.
