Mrs. Annie L. Archie, 79, of Lawndale, NC passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Charlie Warren Williams, Sr. and Jannie Pearson Williams Pryor, on February 25, 1946.
She was a graduate of Douglas High School. She enjoyed traveling and reading. She loved listening to music, watching westerns, family gatherings and her family. Ms. Annie had a quiet spirit, but could be outspoken when it was called for. She loved joking around and having fun. She was a substitute teacher for the school system.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie W. Williams, Jr.
She is survived by daughters Rachel J. Archie of Charlotte, NC, Briggetta M. Archie, and Patricia R. Garrett, both of Goldsboro, NC; five grandchildren, Deon Archie of Greensboro, NC, Kadijah Pearsall of Atlanta, Ga, RaNita Pearsall of Jacksonville, Fl, DeLainea Pearsall of Atlanta, GA, and Dominique Pearsall of Goldsboro, NC; brother, Dave Williams (Almeta) of Northville, MI; sisters, Rachell Outlaw (James) of Arizona, Martha Howell of Cherryville, NC; sister in law, Helen P. Williams of Shelby, NC, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services were held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel at 2:00 p.m
