Gaffney - Anthony Ray Bracken, 59, of 155 Old Post Road, passed away Saturday, December 15, at Mary Black-Gaffney.

He was the husband of Sherry Collins Bracken and the son of Reatha Ray Bracken and Phyllis Sloan Bracken. He was a service technician for CJ Plumbing, Heating, and Air, having worked there for 30-plus years. He was well-loved and will be missed by his customers.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by one son, Eric Ray Bracken (Ashley); one daughter, Ashley Dawn Bracken (Sherry); two sisters, Tina Adkins and Hope Dillenbeck; one granddaughter, Cathryn Bracken and Baby Bracken, arriving in April 2019.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Carl Bracken.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 1:00-2:00 pm at Macedonia Baptist Church, 216 Macedonia Road, Gaffney, SC. Memorial services will follow at 2:00 pm at the Church.
