| Benefit Concert For 12 Year Old Ethan Martin |

Ethan Martin is a 12 year old 7th grader at Shelby Middle School, who enjoys playing trumpet in the school band, constructing model cars, video games and attending cotillion dances. In June of this year Ethan was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. He spent all summer doing chemo and radiation at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte. Ethan is now undergoing maintenance chemo every two weeks at the Hospital. Ethan has one younger brother Conner and two sisters, Heather and Hannah. His parents are Brad and Nicole Martin.
Carey Heavner Foundation is sponsoring a fundraiser for Ethan, Friday, December 7 at the Don Gibson Theatre in Shelby. The concert will feature Tater Family Travelling Circus and Gun Powder N Lead bands.
