| Benefit to be held at Don Gibson Theatre |

 The award winning Elvis Tribute Artist, Keith Henderson and the Illusions Band will perform.
Award winning Elvis Tribute Artist, Keith Henderson will be performing his show “Illusions Of The King”, an energetic and positive show that is sure to be fun for the whole family. For more than 30 years Keith has brought back the memories of Elvis through his concerts. He won the Grand Prize in the $50,000 Tribute to the King contest in Biloxi, Mississippi in 2002 and has also won the 1998, 1999 and 2000 “Images of Elvis” competition, held in Bluffs,Iowa. Keith has performed with Elvis’ original back up singers, the legendary Jordanaires. One hundred percent of the proceeds from his show at the Don Gibson Theatre will benefit of the Cleveland County Parkinson’s Disease Fund. Ticket prices are $30, $20 and $15.
The purpose of this concert is to help people with Parkinson’s disease because prescriptions are expensive and often there’s much needed medical supplies. The establishment of this organization in Cleveland County is very timely. Presently there are 60,000 people diagnosed annually with Parkinson’s Disease and that number is projected to double by the year 2030. Doug Murphy himself has Parkinson’s Disease. He was diagnosed in 2009. Together with his doctor, Kevin Klein, they are dedicated to the Cleveland County Parkinson’s Disease Fund. Doug often speaks to civic organizations about the project. From his personal experience, he knows the expense that goes hand in hand with the disease.
