Benjamin Franklin Curtis, age 78, passed away October 3, 2022 at his home.

Born on November 3, 1943, he was the son of the late Joseph Curtis and Rosalee Panther Curtis. In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded by his siblings, Charles Curtis, Don Curtis, Becky Dover and Kay Sparks. Frank was a lifelong resident of Shelby, he was a founding member of WindJammers Motorcycle Club and a member of Camp Call Masonic Lodge #534 A.F. & A.M.. Most of all, Frank will be remembered for his love for his family.

Frank is survived by his wife of 51 years, Kathleen Wease Curtis, three sisters, Mary Sentell, Debbie Ledford and her husband Randy and Diane Newton. Frank is also survived by his sister-in-law, Roxanne Curtis, many loving nieces and nephews and his beloved pets.

A visitation will be held 1:30 - 2:30 PM Friday, October 7, 2022 at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home followed by a graveside service beginning at 3:00PM at Sunset Cemetery.
