Mrs. Bessie Lou Allen Hill age 84 of Asheboro, NC formerly of Rutherfordton, NC went home to be with The Lord on Thursday March 16, 2017 while at Hospice of Randolph County. A native of Rutherford County she is a daughter of the late Glenn and Louise Early Allen and the widow of Ralph Hill, Sr.

Left to cherish her memory are one daughter Lou Anne Younts and husband Tim of Asheboro, NC; one son Ralph "Mike" Hill, Jr. and wife Starr of Lexington, NC; grandchildren - David Younts, Michelle Phillips and husband Jonathan, Allen Hill and Autumn Hill; great grandchildren - Parker Phillips, Salem Phillips, Blake Hill and Asa Hill; two sisters - Mary Pittman and Glenda Walters; one brother Gerald Allen as well as a number of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday March 19, 2017 at Green Hill Baptist Church1941 US Hwy 64/74A Rutherfordton, NC 28139 with Rev. John Bridges and Dr. Bob Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 PM in the church fellowship hall. Entombment will follow the funeral service in Green Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
