Betty Mae Pack Newton, 77, native of Cleveland County, tragically passed away on Thursday, June 03, 2021.

She is predeceased by her son, Richard Newton; daughter, Donna Newton; parents, Addie Edward Pack and Addie Dale Pack; sisters, Hattie Pack, Jane Hawkins, and Sara Carpenter.

Betty leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Charles Newton of the home; daughters, Wanda Reese (Loney), Deb Norman (Mark), and Brenda Jensen; grandson, Chad Butler; granddaughter, Tracy Blanton; granddaughter, Carrie Reynolds; granddaughter, Kelly McClain (Michael); granddaughter, Ashley Watts; granddaughter, Chelsea Reynolds; grandson, Daniel Reynolds; grandson, Chris Reynolds; brother, Eddie Pack; sister, Madge Beam; sister, Linda Pack; sister, Margret Gettis; sister, Helen Mullinax; sister, Edna Blanton; twenty great-grandchildren.

She was a member of Community Baptist Church. She worked in Textiles for most of her life. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will forever be in our hearts.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 08, 2021 at Community Baptist Church, 3306 Polkville Road, Shelby, NC 28150 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Scott Caldwell, Rev. Timmy Reynolds, and Rev. Robert Mote officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service.
