Billy Frank Beal, age 88, of Harriman, Tennessee, passed away Monday, October 12, 2026. He was born January 25, 1938, in Lincoln County to the late Floyd Agustus Beal Sr., and the late Mary Russ Beal.
Frank retired from Carolina Freight Carriers after 30+ years. Frank enjoyed taking walks and fishing on the lake whenever he had the chance to wet a hook. He also loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Black Beal; brother, Floyd Agustus Beal Jr.; and son, Billy F. Beal II.
Survivors include his daughters, Tonja Moss (Ronnie), and Shasta Beal (Joe); sisters, Jean Henley (Jim), and Cindi McLeymore; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Key Officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
His family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:15 PM prior to the service in the church.
