Bobby Lee Johnson, 74, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022, in Shelby, NC.

A native of Rocky Mount, NC, Bobby Johnson was born on March 1, 1948, to the late Bobby Lee Johnson and Dorothy Lee Patterson Johnson.

Bobby enjoyed fishing, country western movies and repairing old cars. He and his family made many precious memories, going on vacations to the beach and fishing as a family. Bobby's work tenure included numerous years as an accomplished, self-employed, mechanic.

Bobby is survived by two loving children, son, Tony Ray Johnson (Georgette) and daughter, Vickie Ann Johnson. Also left to cherish his memory six sisters; Dot, Ella Rae, Sheila, Bessie, Mary, and Theresa; brothers, John, and Stanley, grandsons; Kevin, Bryan, Timothy, and granddaughter, Ashley.

The life of Mr. Bobby Lee Johnson will be honored at Rocky Mount Memorial Park, 4454 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 2 o'clock.
