Bonnie Palmer Moore, 63, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Peak Resources surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 10, 1952 in Gaston County to the late Harley and Denver Olean Palmer. She is also predeceased by one son, Curtis Moore; two sisters, Florence Owens and Shirley Louise Palmer Frix.

Bonnie was a very personable lady, she never met a stranger. She enjoyed being around her famiy, playing games, crossword puzzles and bingo. She worked in textiles for approximately 19 years. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by one daughter, Katrina Moore Aljaroudy of McAdenville; three grandchildren, Fatima Aljaroudy, Zachary Michael Moore and Kayla Smith; three brothers, Sam Palmer, Jessie Palmer and Robert Rogers; one sister, Sarah Porter; numerous nieces and nephews.

A 2:00 pm memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at New Covenant Church of God, 1286 Henry River Road, Hickory, NC 28602 with the Bishop Dennis Pitts officiating. A one hour visitation prior to the service will be held.
