Brian Lee McKeehan, 44, of Shelby, passed away at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte on Monday, October 21, 2024.

Born in Burke County, on February 14, 1980, he was the son of the late Ronnie Gordon Mckeehan and Sharon Dianne Snypes Blanton. He worked in tree service and loved to be out hunting, fishing, and hanging out with family.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jean and Dick Saylor and Gladys Snypes.

He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Hamrick of Shelby; step-daughter, Lindsey Whisnant of Shelby and a sister, Rebecca Cole and husband Ronnie of Cherryville.

The family will hold a visitation and time of remembrance on Thursday, October, 24, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
