The retirees fished Lakes Wylie and Hickory recently. On Lake Wylie it was John Black and Roger McNeely getting the win with a catch of 12.64, they also had big bass of the day with a 3.21 bass. Fred Wright and Gary Floyd took second with 6.78 and in third was J R Garland and Rick Maires with 3.36.
On Lake Hickory, Gerald Finney took the win with 8.39 anchored by a 4.0 bass which took big bass honors of the day. Rick LaMountain and Larry Melton had 5.27 and were second. John Black and Roger McNeely settled in third with 1.54.
Their next event will be on Lake Norman.
