Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report April 11, 2019

Moss Lake
The Thursday night bass tournaments have fired back up on Moss Lake. The first week, there were 31 boats entered. Ben Lattimore and Roger Hamrick won with 15.98. Scott Crotts and Richard Emery took second with 12.32, followed by Jason Rhodes and Buddy Black with 11.60. Wesley and Kerry Bell had 10.94 to claim fourth and fifth went to Brandon Drewery with 9.78. Big bass of the night went to Rhodes and Black with a 5.58 bass.
This past Thursday there were 35 boats and again it took almost 16 pounds to win. Jeremy Bouldin and Tyler Ward had 15.88, and they anchored that with big bass of the night, a 6.06 large mouth. Brandon Drewery and Spencer Crow came in second with 9.68, followed by Charles and Maverick Canipe with 9.28. Larry Denton and Larry Weathers had 8.88 to claim fourth and rounding out the top five was Holden and Jamie McSwain with 8.86.
Be sure to get there early the next few weeks as the fishing is hot so there is sure to be a huge turnout. Events start at 6pm and weigh-in is at 9:30. Look for Larry Denton or David Hendrick to get signed in.
