Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report April 2, 2015

Moss
Arnold says, regarding the weekly events on Moss Lake, he will play it safe and start off by fishing on Saturdays into April. The events will start this Saturday at 8 am, and weigh-in at 1pm and use the same rules as the Thursday events have been for years, 5 fish all measuring at least 14 inches, $30 per boat and that does include big fish. He will adjust mid to late April if water levels are up enough to safely fish into the night.

The retirees fished Lake Wylie last week. Tony Black and Ned Blanton picked up the win. The pair had 12.6 and were followed closely by Larry Melton and James Osborne with 12.5. David O'Shields and Doug Sparrow had 11.1 and took third. O'Shields and Sparrow also had big bass of the day with a 3.7 largemouth. This week, the old timers head back to Lake Norman.
