Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report June 7th edition
Kosa
The retirees have fished twice since I last reposted, yea I took off last week. The first trip was to Lake Hickory. Tom Mayhew fished solo and got the win with 10.20. Arnold Ledford and Coleman Hoyle got second with 9.20, followed by John Black with 7.50. Big bass was a 3.90 brought in by David O’Shields and JR Henry. Last week it was Lake Norman, with Ken Johnson and Dean Champion getting a win. The pair had 9.12 and  3.13 largemouth which took big bass honors. James Haynes and Tommy Wess was second with 5.0 and Don and Sara Ledford took third with 3.2. This week the retirees head back to Lake Wylie.
Wylie/Thursday nights
Gene Webster took it to the weekly Thursday night guys on Lake Wylie two weeks ago. He brought in 18.89 and a 6.38 largemouth to get the win and big bass of the night. Josh Warren and Mark Humphries had 14.18 and were second, with Mark and Anthony Leech close behind with 14.06. Ron Farrow and Mike Bushue had 13.01 and were fourth and fifth went to Todd Garner and Shane Hartman with 12.54. Last week, Josh Warren and Mark Humphries picked up a win with 15.69, with Aaron Jordan and James Ackor close behind in second with 14.40. Mike McDuffee and Cayce West took third with 14.08 and previous weeks winner, Gene Webster had 13.75 and got fourth. Fifth went to Jay Adams and Bobby Carol with 13.10. Big bass was a 4.78 brought in by Jordan and Ackor.
