Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report June 8, 2017

CCBC
The Cleveland County Bass Club has fished two events since last report. On Lake Greenwood, Robbie Rush got the win with 11.22, he anchored that catch with a 5.6 large mouth, taking big bass of the day. Larry Melton was second with 9.02 and Scott Crotts got third with 4.70. Fourth went to Charlie Canipe with 4.14 and fifth with 2.70 was Rick LaMountain.
On Stumpy Pond, again it was Robbie Rush taking the win, this time with 7.42. Jimmy Melton was second with 5.84 and he took big bass with a 2.80 large mouth. Roger Beaver was third with 4.00 and fourth was Rick LaMountain with 2.72. Charlie Canipe settled in fifth with 1.74.
Kosa
The retirees fished Lakes Norman and Wylie the last two weeks. On Lake Norman, JR Garland and Rick Maires brought in 8.85 to take the win. They also had big bass with a 2.33. Earl Proctor was second with 7.51 and in third was David O'Shields with 4.00.
On Lake Wylie it was John Black and Roger McNeely getting the win with 12.73, they also had a 5.41 large mouth and took big bass of the day. Tony Black and Ned Blanton was second with 11.30 and in third with 9.58 was J R Garland and Rick Maires. Lake Hickory is this week.
