Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report March 24, 2016

Moss
Several of the Sunday events have taken place on Moss Lake on the Winter Trail, which fishes on Sunday afternoons. Arnold Ledford and Nathan White picked up a win with 12.62 with Jamie and Holden McSwain bringing in 7.95 for second. Big bass of the day was a 3.99 brought in by Doc McDaniel and Gary Michard. The following week, David Hendricks picked up the win fishing solo, with 12.07. Tom Gavin and Arnold Ledford were second with 9.72. First big bass was a 4.06 brought in by Nathan White and second big bass was a 3.42 brought in by Ric Cody and David Sturgill. Third big fish was a 3.03 and that went to David Thornton.
Kosa
Also several Kosa events have taken place. On Lake Wylie, David O'Shields and Doug Sparrow had 12.3 and big bass of the day with a 3.9 largemouth. J R Garland and Rick Miers had 12.1 for second place and 11.5 and third went to John Black and Roger McNeilly. On Lake Norman, Earl and John Proctor won with 9.8, and they had big bass of 2.7. J R Garland and Rick Miers had 9.1 and third with 7.2 was Larry Melton and James Osborne.
Moss
The Friday night Still Blessed Anglers Trail will kick off this week on Moss Lake. Entry fee is $40 per team, with a $5 membership. Hours will be 6:30 til midnight. For more info contact Jeff Melton @ 980-925-0839
