Kosa
The retirees fished Lake Wylie last week with Larry Melton and James Osborne getting the win. The pair brought in 11.5 and were followed by David O’Shields and Doug Sparrow, with 10.7. John Black and Roger McNeely brought in 8.1 and landed in third. This week, weather permitting, it is off to Lake Norman.
Bass Casters
The Bass Casters had their top ten fish-off this past weekend. With everyone gathered around and all names put in a hat, Lake James was drawn out. Rickey McKinney picked up the win with 11.6, and he anchored it with the big bass, a 3.1 largemouth. Randy Scarborough had 7.8 and was second. Mark Swink had 6.13 to take third and in fourth with 5.6 was Brandon Scarborough. Fifth went to Terry Knight with 5.1. This week the club will fish their May event on Lake Wylie from 6am til 3pm.
