The Cleveland County Bass Club fished Lake Norman last week. Robby Rush brought in 12.0 and got the win. He also had big bass of the day with a 4.36 large mouth. Derek Barkley had 10.62 to take second place. Rick LaMountain had 8.92 and landed in third with John Rankin settling in fourth with 8.04. There was a tie for fifth between Larry Melton and Nick Beaver, both had 6.74.
Moss
The weekly Moss Lake events have had 2 events since last report. The first week J R Garland and Ronnie Beason had 12.02 to take the win. Jody and Conner Black had 11.38 and claimed second. Holden and Jamie McSwain took third with 11.02. Kevin Gann and Jim Weaver had 10.08 to settle in fourth. Big bass was a 3.38 brought in by J R Garland and Ronnie Beason.
Last week Jeff Raby and Ian Norton took the win with 10.54 followed by David Hendrick and Bryan Thrift with 10.18. Hendrick and Thrift had big bass of the night with a 3.80 large mouth. Glenn Eaves and Kevin Jones had 8.64 and were third followed closely by Jody and Cooper Black with 8.48. Jack Blanton and Carter Haneline had 8.06 and took fifth place.
