Kosa
The retirees fished Lake Wylie last week. Mack Wyatt and Doug Sparrow teamed up to get the win with 13.50. Tony Black and Ned Blanton were second with 9.70 and they anchored that with big bass of the day, a 3.85 largemouth. Third place went to John Back, fishing solo, he had 5.50. This week it is back to the big pond, Lake Norman.
Moss
Last Thursday night at the weekly Thursday bass tournament, 29 boats came out. Chris and Jim Carroll grabbed the win with 10.99. Jody Black and Jason Rhodes had 9.04, good for second and in third with 8.98 was Reggie Guffey and Keith Burton. Johnny Guffey and Donnie Walker brought in 8.57 and were fourth and rounding out the top five was JR Garland and Ronnie Beason with 8.19. Amos Sheror had big bass with a 3.77 largemouth. These events run every Thursday night from 6pm til 9:30 pm thru October.
