The retirees fished Lake Wylie last week with Ken Johnson and Fred Wright picked up the win with 7.5. David O’Shields and Doug Sparrow had 6.5 and took second and resting in third was Tom Mayhew and John Rankin with 5.8. Big bass was a 3.5 largemouth brought in by Johnson and Wright.  This week it is back to Lake Norman.

CCBC

The Cleveland County Bass Club fished Stumpy Pond last weekend and Roger Beaver grabbed the win with 16.88 and he also had big bass with a 4.58. Tom Mayhew had 13.64 and took second. Third went to Larry Melton with 8.62 and was followed by Jimmy Melton with 5.66. Ronnie Humphries had 3.66 and took fifth.

Bass Casters

The Bass Casters will fish Stumpy Pond this coming weekend for their November event.
