Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report Oct. 11th Edition
KOSA
The retirees fished Lake Wylie last week with Ronnie Humphries taking the win, fishing solo, with 8.0. He also had the big bass of the day with a 2.75. Fred Wright and Ken Johnson took second with 4.75 and were followed by David O’Shields and J R Henry with 4.15. This week, it is back to Lake Norman.
Moss
Reggie and Johnny Guffey grabbed the win at the weekly Thursday night Moss Lake Tournament last week. The pair had 5.67 and anchored that with the big bass of the night, a 2.92 largemouth. Scott Kiser and Tom Mayher had 4.94 and was second followed closely by Buddy and Michael Black with 4.80. Hasker Stevenson and Dub Parker was fourth with 1.93 and rounding out the top 5 was Gary Smart and Arnold Leford with 1.91.
Bass Casters
The Bass Casters club fished Lake Wylie last weekend. Mark Swink picked up the win with 11.5. Chris Hoopaugh had 7.10 and was second followed by Jordan Spangler with 7.7. Randy Scarborough had 6.8 and was fourth and Terry Knight got fifth with 4.12. Big bass was a 3.5 largemouth brought in by Mark Swink. The November event for the Bass Casters will be on Stumpy Pond on the 18th.
Huge congrats to Bryan Thrift on his win last weekend at Lake Conroe in Texas.
