Moss Lake
Nineteen boats blasted off at the weekly Thursday night bass tournament on Moss Lake last week. JR Garland and Ronnie Beason brought in an 18.37 lb. bag of fish to take the win, they also had big bass of the night with a 5.57 largemouth. Chris Carroll and Earl Rice had 10.40 lb. and settled in second. Third through fifth were all close in weights as Wendell Leonard and Jeff Blanton had 6.25, followed by Jaime and Holden McSwain with 5.54. Wesley Bell and Cameron Duffie had 5.50 to take fifth.
CCBC
The Cleveland County Bass Club fished Lake Norman last weekend and Jeremy Bouldin picked up the win with 9.18. Roger Beaver had 8.66 and was second followed by Maverick Canipe with 8.48. Larry Melton took fourth with 8.44 and fifth went to Tyler Ward with 7.04. Big bass of the day was brought in by Maverick Canipe, and it was a 2.68 largemouth. The CCBC will fish Lake High Rock for their October event.
