The retirees have fished Lakes Hickory and Norman since last report. On Lake Hickory Rick LaMountain and Rodney Patterson grabbed the win with 13.72, their catch was anchored by a 3.69 bass that took big fish honors as well. Second place with 7.75 was John Black and Roger McNeely. Gerald Finney and Donny Elkins had 7.67 and were third.
On Lake Norman Fred Wright and David O'Shields brought in 11.54 to take the win over Rick LaMountain and Larry Melton with 10.29. John Black and Roger McNeely had 9.65 and settled in third. Big bass of the day was a 3.65 bass and went to Gerald Finney.
