Calvin Dean Bradley, age 69, of Forest City, NC, died, Thursday, February 28, 2019 at his residence.
Calvin was born April 2, 1949 in Rutherford County to the late John A. Bradley and Vada Mae Smith Bradley. He worked in textiles most his life and was an avid carp fisherman. Calvin was a member of Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seventeen brothers and sisters.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of thirty-three years, Ann Lee Bradley; step-daughter, Easter Elizabeth Bradley of Greenville, TN; step-son, Ronnie Eugene Bradley of Ruth, NC; sister, Betty Hargett of Rutherfordton, NC. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren and a host of nephews and nieces.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Leon Brown and Reverend Chad Sisk officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
