Carol Denise Dover, 52, of Whitmar Lake Rd., Shelby, passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 20213, at Atrium Health Cleveland.

She was born July 13, 1971, in Cleveland County. She was the daughter of Mitchell and Frankie Philbeck. Carol was employed by Cleveland Vocational Industries, Inc. for 32 years. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

Carol is survived by her mother, Frankie Philbeck, her father, Mitchel Philbeck (Susan McMurry), Aunts Lydia Huffman, Elizabeth Ledford (George) and many cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Northside Baptist Church Monday, November 27, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
