Carole Brackett Bottoms, 83, of Casar, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Atrium Health - Cleveland, Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County, on July 21, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Carmie A. Bracket and Monnie Waters Brackett. Mrs Bottoms was a homemaker and caregiver to her son Michael most of her life. She was also a member of Casar United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Ray Bottoms, son, Michael Ray Bottoms and brother, Mitchell Brackett.

She was a loving and wonderful mother, and grandmother, who leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Julia Bottoms Lucas of Casar; grandson, Shannon Spake of Casar.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 3:00 in the Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel.

The burial will follow the service in the Casar United Methodist Church Cemetery.
