Cathy Bridges, 66 of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on December 22, 2017 at her home in Kings Mountain, NC. Born in Gaston County , She was Daughter of the late George Nelson and Mary Sue (Weaver) Carroll and was preceded in death by her father in law Bobby R. Bridges . Cathy worked at A Kut Above Salon in Kings Mountain, was an active member of First Baptist Church of Kings Mountain, was a loving wife, mother, nana, sister and friend to many, who loved her family, church and sports.

SURVIVORS: Husband of 47 years, Ken Bridges.

Son; Kenny Bridges and wife Charity of Kings Mountain

Daughters; Becky Hunt and husband Sam of Kings Mountain, and Laura Hall and husband Geno of Kings Mountain.

Brothers; Nelson Carroll and wife Carolyn of Bessemer City, Arthur Carroll and wife Jessie of Kings Mountain, and Phillip Carroll and wife Denice of Oaklawn, IL.

Sister; Dottie Adkins and husband Fred of Colonial Heights, VA

Grandchildren; Hallie Hunt, Olivia Hunt, Addison Hunt, Sara Kate Bridges, Ella Bridges, T.J. Hall, Kaitlyn Haskins and Haley Hall
