CCC Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society Inducts New Members
 The Cleveland Community College Chapter of Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society held its spring induction ceremony recently in the Mildred H. Keeter Auditorium on the CCC campus. Gamma Beta President, Jason Pearson, welcomed guests. Allen Kniceley, CCC Manager Safety and Human Resources and GBP Alumni, served as the keynote speaker. Twelve students were inducted into the honor society. Closing remarks were made by CCC English Instructor and GBP Advisor, Tajsha Eaves.
 CCC Gamma Beta Phi is active not only on the CCC campus, but also provides a Christmas Party each year for children and teenagers living in the Children’s Homes of Cleveland County. Other community involvement involves fundraising for March of Dimes, Children’s Miracle Network, Relay-for-Life, Heifer International and working with residents at the J. Iverson Riddle Center.
 Qualifications for Gamma Beta Phi membership include a Grade Point Average of at least 3.0, completion of at least 15 semester credit hours, and a commitment to participate in service to the college and the community.
