Charlene Sellers, 78, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on January 13, 2022 at Testa Hospice House in Kings Mountain, NC. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, daughter of the late Hugh W. and Helen Parrish Yates and was preceded in death by her brother, Eric Yates. Charlene was of the Christian faith. She worked in the manufacturing industry most of her life. Charlene was an avid animal lover and enjoyed feeding the neighborhood animals and spending time watching the birds that frequented the feeders at her home. She loved being outside tending to her flowers and keeping her lawn neat and tidy. Charlene loved people and was always willing to help anyone in need. Always a generous person, Charlene donated to several charities who help animals and veterans. She was a wonderful mother, sister, friend, and neighbor who will be missed greatly by her loved ones.

FUNERAL SERVICE: The family will hold a private celebration of life service to honor the memory of Charlene
