Charles Timothy Powell, 64, of Shelby, NC, passed away on September 09, 2021, surrounded by his family at his home.

Charles was born in Cleveland County, NC, son of the late Charles and Flossie Mills Powell.

He worked in the transportation industry and retired from UPS Freight.

He served his country proudly in the US Navy.

Charles was a fun loving person and lived a life full of love and happiness. He will be missed dearly by his family and many friends.

Grandchildren: Austin Lutz, Jeremiah Bigham, Lily Bigham, and Devin Powell
