Christopher Lee Furr, 34 of 126 South Valley Road, Casar passed away
Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at his residence.

Born November 8, 1982 in Cleveland County, he was a son of Charles Lynn Furr
of Grover and Rhonda Pruett Deitz and husband, Eric of Hickory. He was a
member of Pisgah Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Julius and Brenda Pruett and
Anna Sue Jones.

In addition to his parents he is survived by a son, Jeremiah Jones of Casar;
three brothers, Michael Furr and Eric Tessiner both of Casar and Tyler
Tessiner and wife, Wendy of Catawba Co.; and a half sister, Alisha Williams
of Lawndale; a girlfriend, Lori Melton of Casar; and aunts and uncles, Donna
and Mark Pearson of Casar, Brian and Tonnie Pruett of Shelby, Greg Pruett of
Casar, Wayne Furr of Shelby, Susan Hamrick of Shelby and Denise Furr of
Shelby.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, Saturday at Pisgah Baptist Church,
Casar.

A memorial service will be 1:30 PM, Saturday at Pisgah Baptist Church, Casar
with Rev. Glenn Kerstetter officiating.

Burial will be private.
