Cindy Lou Hawk Brazell, 67, born in Rochester, NY on February 27th, 1957, passed away on October 18th, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was the beloved daughter of Jackie W. Hawk and Geraldine Flint Hawk.
Cindy is survived by her loving husband, Joe Addison Brazell, whom she married on August 21, 1982, in York, SC. She leaves behind her cherished children: Jennifer Brazell (Lewis) of McConnells, SC, as well as Jessica Atkins (David) of Mooresboro, NC.

Cindy was a devoted sister to Mary H. White of Colorado Springs, CO and Thomas Hawk (Kimberly), of Kings Mountain, NC.
She took great pride in being a grandmother to Paula Hindsley, McConnells, SC, Sarah Howard McConnells, SC and Kenzie Atkins, Mooresboro, NC. As well as a great-grandmother to Hazel Howard and soon to be, Reece Hindsley.

With over 40 years of service as a nurse, Cindy dedicated her life to caring for others, exemplifying compassion and commitment throughout her career. She will be remembered for her warm heart and loving
personality.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 3rd, 2024 held at the family's home in Patterson Springs, NC. Family and friends are welcome between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
